The three-star ones are fair warnings: in late October one guest found that the hills opposite hid the sun while it was still high, and others met rain and mist. The tour is still the rocks and the monasteries in the evening light; a clear evening with the sun on the rocks is a bonus, not a promise.
On Mondays from April to August the guided sunset tour starts about an hour earlier and visits St Nicholas or the Holy Trinity instead of St Stephen, which is closed that day.
